Offerings

Archives & Research Library

The Society’s collection includes journals, yearbooks, photographs, letters, documents, and an assortment of artifacts relating to Harborcreek Township. For ease of access and use, much of our archival collection has been reproduced, and our trained volunteers can assist you with your research.

The Society regularly hosts lectures, tours, and special presentations that are open to the public. You’ll also find us at community events and festivals.

Group Tours & Presentations

Groups of all ages are welcome, including scouts, schools, clubs, churches, and more. We can accommodate groups of 5 to 50 people for tours of the Gifford-Blanchfield House and grounds. If you provide the transportation, our volunteers are available for driving tours, too.

Outdoor Interpretive Panels

The Society has seven informational panels located throughout Harborcreek that tell stories of their locations. You’ll find them at Shades Beach, Roadside Park, Hoag Cemetery, Gospel Hill Burial Ground, and the Gifford-Blanchfield House.
