Organizational Membership is open to:
- Museums and collecting organizations in Erie County
- Historical and cultural organizations and groups in Erie County
- Educational institutions in Erie County
Individual Membership is open to:
- All who support Erie County’s museums and historical organizations
- All who are mindful stewards of Erie County’s shared history
Membership Benefits
Networking:
Erie Yesterday hosts regularly scheduled meetings, during which members can report on current projects, distribute promotional materials for upcoming events, discuss operational challenges, and/or propose solutions to common issues and ideas for programs, exhibits and special events.
Collaborative Marketing:
Every two to five years, Erie Yesterday prints a brochure highlighting Erie County’s heritage-related attractions and organizations, including a map of Erie County with the locations of Erie Yesterday’s member organizations. This piece is distributed to interstate welcome centers, VisitErie, the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, and other visitor-oriented locations throughout Erie County.
Professional Memberships:
As a service to our members, Erie Yesterday maintains organizational memberships with VisitErie, PA Museums, and The NonProfit Partnership.
