Green Screen Newscast
Saturday, June 6th: 10 am – 12 pm
Step onscreen and into history as we film and record a newscast from the day of the Millcreek Flood – August 3, 1915. We will place you in the event with historic photos as you get into period costume and play a role as a reporter, weatherperson, or news anchor. Let’s bring history to life!

Water Marbling
Saturday, June 20th: 10 am – 12 pm
Learn about watersheds, how water moved in the Millcreek watershed in 1915, and how water moves now that the Millcreek Tube has been built. Using resist painting and water marbling techniques, explore water and containment, considering how we interact with a substance that acts diversely, from gentle to destructive.
